About the Process

As all aspects of our business grew, particularly in the sale of reconditioned equipment, we moved to a 13,000 square foot facility in North Attleboro, MA. This larger facility allowed us to improve workflow and become more efficient in our reconditioning process. This facility has a shipping/receiving area, rebuild center, machine shop, electrical test & repair center, a large inventory warehouse and a showroom area where machines can be viewed and demonstrated.

PGI has sold used/reconditioned equipment in more than 40 states across the country. We have an extensive reference list available upon request. Due to the efficiency of our operation, the expertise of our factory trained technicians and overall knowledge of MBO equipment, we have been selected to work closely with MBO America to refurbish some of their used MBO equipment at our facility.

Pasquariello Graphics should be your first and only choice if you are looking for a used/reconditioned piece of MBO equipment. We back each and every machine with a full parts warranty and we stake our reputation on the sale of each quality piece of equipment we offer.

Here is a snapshot of our process

Before

1.) We only take in quality used equipment within certain age guidelines.

2.) Upon arrival at our facility, machines are powered up and evaluated.

3.) Our evaluation process is performed by our factory trained staff. We utilize an extensive checklist that starts at one end of the machine and takes us through each and every folding unit. All functional areas such as motors, pumps, mechanical, and electrical components are checked and tested.

During

4.)  The machine is stripped down to the frame and parts are kept organized according to the folding section they come from and are placed in color coded bins. The machine frames and stripped parts are cleaned by hand.

5.) Upon completion of our evaluation and strip down process, we generate a rebuild report which includes a parts checklist which is used to quickly identify worn / broken parts. This parts list is then turned over to our purchasing department for order processing and expediting.

After

6.) Machines are NOT painted but may be touched up if some areas are in need. Depending on the condition of the safety guards on each machine, they may be sent out to be sandblasted and powder coated.

7.) Machines are re-assembled with various new components. Fold rollers and fold plates are all set to factory recommended settings.

8.) Each completed machine is fully tested with folding paper in each and every fold plate. Samples of the folded test product are kept with the machine for review.

Prepped to Ship

9.) All reconditioned equipment will carry a 90 day warranty on all parts.

10.) PGI includes all standard accessories and parts / operations manuals.

11.) When necessary, equipment can be broken down, secured to custom built skids with bolts, strapped and stretch wrapped to seal out moisture. Customers can have equipment picked up or at the customer’s request; PGI will get a freight quote from one of their trusted freight brokers.
